I'm a mom to two fabulous kids who happen to have severe food allergies. At one time (not too long ago) I felt the need to stretch my boundries. Search deep inside to find myself. I have learned through my children's pain that there are many Amandas. The one who goes back to school, writes that book, and realizes her dream is here, whithin me, but patiently waiting.
