The song was “Going to the zoo” Peter, Paul & Mommy. And yes, it happens all the time. If there is no music, he makes up his own songs. Both kids are little dancers and singers, movers and bouncers.

I watch this video when I'm feeling tired or sad. Never fails to lift me up!
